Dismantled from New Orleans, LA
Dismantled
You can't go wrong with reconstructed, recycled, upcycled, reused or repurposed creations. Check out these terrific creations.
This recycled (and oh so infamous!) FEMA blue tarp bustier, skirt and flower choker took 3rd place in the Upcycling contest.
And who doesn't love cupcakes!?!?
And of course this recycled fabric Fleur de Lis pin ties in nicely...
Also, be sure to check out the designs by mallory blog...

Into the Blystic of Ontario, Canada
Into the Blystic
I love the ethereal quality of the work of Elis Cooke.
This mixed media piece is from the Doors of Perception series
This painting, Pilgrimage II, is beautiful and the use of color is fantastic
This mixed media collage painting is also wonderful and is created with handmade and handcast paper, inks, metallic powders and acrylic paint.
This is a one of a kind, handmade journal. This would make a wonderful gift or a treat for yourself.
Be sure to take a closer look. You won't be disappointed.

Sparkle Plenty Fine Beaded Jewellery
This indie artisan creates the most fabulous jewelry in many different styles. There really is something for everyone here.
This is completely woven by hand and is really stunning, don't you think?
I absolutely love this color combination and, again, the bead weaving by this artisan is fantastic.
This bead artist out does herself with this pendant necklace. Wow!
I'm impressed!
There is much more to see and many styles for everyone's taste...

I ran across Lange's work years ago and immediately fell in love. What an amazing vision to create her fabulous art jewelry from doll parts. Her current work is equally amazing.

The Art of Mikel Robinson
The Art of Mikel Robinson
I stumbled on to Mikel Robinson's mixed media and digital work quite by accident. This is a wonderful image on it's own and would look great framed. However, Robinson went one step further and converted it to an illuminated art piece.
Here is another example of Robinson's work. It is a limited edition Giclee print.

These are just two examples so be sure to visit Robinson's sites to find a treasure for yourself.

Tigergirl from Queensland Australia
Tigergirl, the place for unique and funky jewellery
I am quite taken with Lou's Asian theme necklaces. This one is a jeweler's take on a triptych. Three pieces of painted bamboo align to form one image. Stunning...
Here's another...love the colors!
Here are two examples of Lou's Chaos Necklaces...
Aren't they fabulous?
What wonderful indie artisan jewelry! Lou will be adding more handcrafted creations in the future so be sure to check her blog from time to time for announcements.
